| IEP Team Makeup
An ‘IEP Team’ is composed of:

The parents of the child with a disability.
-
At least one regular education teacher of such a child.

At least one special education teacher, or where appropriate,
at least one special education provider of such a child.

A representative of the local educational agency who is qualified
to provide specially designed instruction to meet the unique
needs of disabled children. That representative must also be
knowledgeable of the general curriculum and the availability
of resources of the local educational agency.

An individual who can interpret the instructional implications
of the students’ evaluation results.
-
At the discretion of the parent or the agency, other individuals
who have knowledge or special expertise regarding the child.
-
And, when appropriate, another child with a disability.
